Declaration of Participation 

1.I voluntarily participate in Sleemon Shaoxing Marathon 2021 and related activities (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “race”);

2.I have fully understood and agreed to abide by the regulations, rules, orders, requirements and measures adopted by the Local Organizing Committee and Co-Organizers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “LOC”);

3.I agree to provide the LOC with authentic and valid ID information and materials for verifying my identity, and agree to bear all responsibilities arising from any false information;

4.I promise to register the race in my own name, and I know that number bibs shall not be transferred to others to use (I am bound to properly keep the official number bibs from the time of receiving the official entry to the end of the race. Provided that a third party uses my official bibs to obtain entry qualification, due to my keep mistake, such as unauthorized transfer and lending, or any other reasons, the legal consequences and liabilities arising thereby shall be borne by me personally and the third party);

5.If I fail to participate, I have no right either to request the LOC for refunding registration fees, or transferring my number bibs to others;

6.I have fully prepared for the race and am willing to accept the drug inspection in accordance with relevant requirements. I declare that I was not troubled by discomfort symptoms after undergoing physical examination since last year, and I often practice running. In addition, I understand the risks herein and promise to participate prudently;

7.I agree the LOC to cover personal accident insurance for me as the Insured, and I have recognized all details;

8.I have fully understood the risks that may arise during the race and have adopted necessary preventive measures. Furthermore, I am willing to undertake the due risk obligations that occur during the race, and agree that the LOC shall not be liable for any personal injury or any loss which is not caused by them;

9.I agree to accept the on-site first-aid medical treatment provided by the LOC during the race (including AED - Automatic External Defibrillator treatment). However, incurred relevant treatment expenses in the hospital which are beyond the LOC’s insurance coverage shall be assumed by myself;

10.I authorize the LOC and designated organizations to use my portrait, name, voice and other personal data for race’s operation and promotion;

11.I promise that I shall not alter, copy or cover the official number bibs during the race;

12.I shall follow the instructions of referees, volunteers, security and medical personnel, and consciously abide by orders;

13.I shall strictly abide by rules of security inspection and check in, and I promise not to bring any dangerous items into the arena so as to maintain safety of myself and others;

14.I shall participate in the race courteously, and shall not defecate indiscriminately or litter garbage everywhere, in order to keep routes clean and sanitary;

15.I shall deposit my belongings in accordance with time, place and manners as request. Provided that any property is lost due rule violation, all losses shall be borne by myself;

16、I agree to accept and actively comply with relavant requirements of epidemic prevention stipulated by the LOC during race period.

17.I or my legal representative have carefully review and fully understood the above content. I have confirmed and will assume corresponding legal responsibilities caused hereby.
